Terms of Use
Game Improvement Apps, LLC

Game Improvement Apps, LLC develops digital products related to game improvement, including but not limited to:

• Golf training applications
• Fitness and instructional content
• Mobile and web-based tools

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Some features of the Services may require payment.

Subscriptions may be billed on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, monthly, or annually) as disclosed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

If you subscribe through Apple App Store or Google Play, billing is handled by those platforms and subject to their terms.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the applicable app store.

All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law or the applicable app store policies.

The Services may include fitness, training, or instructional content.

You acknowledge that:

• Participation in physical activity involves risk of injury
• You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program
• You are solely responsible for your health and safety

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all liability for injuries or damages resulting from your use of the Services.

You may be able to upload, post, or submit content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Use, reproduce, modify, and display your content
• Operate and improve the Services

You agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, or abusive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code

We reserve the right to remove content at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Reverse engineer or copy the Services
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services
• Use the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others

All content, features, and functionality of the Services (excluding User Content) are owned by Game Improvement Apps, LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We make no warranties, express or implied, including:

• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Game Improvement Apps, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Services in the past 12 months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Game Improvement Apps, LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Florida, except where prohibited by law.

You waive any right to participate in class actions.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

We will notify users of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms, or
• Providing notice within the Services

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services.

We are not responsible for the actions or content of those third parties.
